City Architecture Engineering
With the architecture technical level upgraded, the NCMEDRI had accumulated rich experience and techniques of design on newly light-type through corridor and roof structure, treatment of soft foundation and special foundation. The institute undertook a great num ber of large-scale public buildings up to high standard, such as: Tianjin Friendship Hotel, Tianjin Fountain Hotel, Taojin Business Building in Haikou, Haikou Town Gas Hall, the Multi-function Building in Fourth District Harbour, Shatoujiao, Shenzhen City, Wankelong Store in Beijing, Xinxing Hall in Xian, Zhiye Building of Taijing Company in TEDA, South Science and Technology Square in Tianjin, Motorola Residential Quarters on Southern Side of Water Park in Tianjin, more than hundred of villas in Huayuan High-Tech Production Zone in Tianjin, Linglong Garden in Beijing and Huayue Building in Tianjin, etc.. These buildings reflect in different degrees the modern architectural style and the idea guiding new design school creation.
After the NCMEDRI cooperated with the foreign company, Meixin Architectural Design Co., Ltd (A-grad) and Tianma Inter national Architectural Engineering Co., Ltd (A-grad) in Tianjin come into existence. They sufficiently refer to the operational frame of the Architectural Design Office in Europe and America. They provide the full-scale service by the fire-new modern, the higher idea and the international design level include the project planning, option consult, construction drawing design and sight design etc.. In recent years, a set of senior engineers successfully design the large-scale buildings such as: Jinwanbao Building (second-class-prize Excellent Design awarded by the Ministry of Construction, Luban prize), Tianxin Financial Square (second-class-prize Excellent Design awarded by the Ministry of Construction, Luban prize), Tianjin Construction Bank Building (third-class-prize Excellent Design awarded by Nation), Shunchi Century City, Shunchi Mingdu New Garden, Haihe River Famous People Building ect.. They had become the symbol architectures and apotheosis works and they are awarded praise in architectural field. |
