Project General Contracting

Since 1990, the institute has undertaken the task of general contracting for the single item of wastewater drainage of the golf course in Qingpu district, Shanghai, and accumulated experience on project general contracting. In recent years, we have successively undertaken many projects, such as the first and second phase project of Japan SM-CYCLO (Chinese) Co., Ltd. (wholly owned by Japan), Tianjin Huiying Dress Co., Ltd.(Chinese-Japanese joint venture), Shanghai VOLKSWAGEN, Tianjin Co., Ltd. (Chinese-Germany joint venture), Wastewater treatment project of Hongmiaoling Refuse Disposal Plant in Fuzhou City, 20,000m 3 gasholder project in Linzhou, Henan province and Tianjin NSG Safety Glass Co., Ltd. (Chinese-Japanese joint venture), the Scientific Research Building Project of Sanyuan Electric Power Groupe Shente Co., Ltd., National Test center of Gas Appliances and Wastewater treatment project in Nantong, Jiangsu province which in construction at present ect.. These projects all adopt EPC form.

Except the above projects, we still have undertaken the Test Foundation Engineering of the Rectify Technique National Engineering Research Center and the District Heating Engineering of Center District in Wuqing District, Tianjin by BOT form.
